PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize processing efficiency of a shearing line while avoiding an event that a rolling line is stopped.SOLUTION: In a loading/unloading control device 7, a processing section 77 acquires the number of plates of shearing material on a shearing table. A plate density calculation unit 771 calculates the plate density of the plates on the shearing table using the acquired number of the plates on the shearing table. A timing determination unit 773 determines that, defining the number of plates of shearing material sheared and carried out of a shearing line as the flow rate of the shearing line, it is a timing of unloading from the line when the plate density of plates on the shearing table is higher than a predetermined threshold for determination based on the correlation between the plate density and the flow rate. A line loading/unloading control unit 775 performs a control for unloading the shearing material on the shearing table therefrom when it is determined that it is a timing for unloading from the line. |
