PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support medium for bedsore prevention which can be fixed at a desired angle of inclination.SOLUTION: In a support medium, a cushion 1 is constructed by seaming a sponge 3 and a mesh 5 together. The mesh 5 is formed by connecting a plural of ball joints. A compound which is solidified by a visible light and fluidized by an ultraviolet light is inserted in a gap between a socket unit and a ball unit of the ball joint. In the cushion 1, the visible light is irradiated to the ball joint with a state that the mesh 5 is adjusted to a shape of a patient, and then an angle of inclination of the mesh 5 is fixed. A bedsore is prevented by inserting the cushion 1 under the foot of the patient to support the patient. In the cushion 1, the ball joint is made deformable by irradiating the ultraviolet light to the mesh 5, and is fixed in a shape again by deforming it in a desired shape and irradiating the visible light. |
