PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recognition accuracy in recognition of an image.SOLUTION: A feature amount calculation part calculates a feature amount indicating a magnitude relation between each of a signal value of one reference pixel of the predetermined first number of pixels and a signal value of the second number of reference pixels which is the second number of pixels of the first number of pixels and at least one pixel of the second number of pixels is a pixel at a position apart at least one pixel distance from the reference pixel as to all of the second number of reference pixels with respect to an image in a processing area, and an object recognition part recognizes a target object on the basis of the feature amount calculated by the feature amount calculation part. |
