The present invention relates to a wireless terminal device for processing mobile account inquiry security and a method for processing mobile account inquiry security. The device includes a key input part receiving user identification information from a user, a number generating part a disposable number, an encoding part encoding the disposable number by using the user identification information as an encoding key value, a near field communication part providing the disposable number encoded by using the encoding key value to an IC chip through near field communication and receiving the disposable number decoded by using the user identification information included in the IC chip as a decoding key value through near field communication, and an executing part requesting an account inquiry corresponding to the IC chip by transmitting the disposable number generated through the number generating part and the disposable number encoded with the encoding value included in the IC chip received through the near field communication part to a server in a communication network and executing the account inquiry through account information inquiry approval response corresponding to a matching result of the disposable number decoded with the decoding key value corresponding to the encoding key value included in the IC chip and the disposable number generated by the number generating part as a disposable number matching result from the server.
