The average particle size of the negative electrode active material is 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less, a fine powder amount P that is a cumulative frequency of the negative electrode active material having a particle size of 3 μm or less is 10% or more and 50% or less, the viscosity of a 1.0% aqueous solution of the thickener is 4,980 mPa s or more, and the negative electrode mixture layer is in an un-pressed state.
