PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiant tube exchange device in which, when exchanging a radiant tube within a continuous annealing furnace, a number of radiant tubes subjected to the exchange can be exchanged in a short time.SOLUTION: In a continuous annealing furnace 7, when exchanging radiant tubes 4 within the furnace, in addition to an overhead crane 8 of which the hook is positioned at a roll non-driving side (OP side) of the continuous annealing furnace 7, a hoist 1 (hoist rail 2, hoist wire hook 3) dedicated to radiant tube conveyance is installed in an upper part at a roll driving side (DR side) of the continuous annealing furnace 7. In the vicinity of furnace side parts at the roll driving side (DR side) and the roll non-driving side (OP side) of the continuous annealing furnace 7, a movable vertical rack 5 (traveling roller 6) is installed for accommodating a removed used radiant tube 4 and a radiant tube 4 for exchange to be mounted. |
