PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve long life of an electrolytic capacitor, while reducing the number of components for discharging internal gas.SOLUTION: A pressure valve 10 is composed of a material having gas permeability and flexibility, and is formed so that an actuation part 11 and a support part 12 are integrated. The actuation part 11 includes a thin wall part 11a, and a thick wall part 11b provided on the outside of the thin wall part 11a and having a larger thickness than the thin wall part 11a. When viewed from the thickness direction of the actuation part 11, the thin wall part 11a is cross-shaped, and the outer edge of the thin wall part 11a is shaped to have a plurality of first circular arcs a1 that are convex toward the inside of the thin wall part 11a, and a plurality of second circular arcs a2 that are convex toward the outside of the thin wall part 11a. |
