PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of reducing impedance of a power supply circuit part, and a motor unit including the device.SOLUTION: A control device 20 includes a substrate housing 90 and a circuit board 30. The circuit board 30 has a first substrate part 50, a second substrate part 60 facing the first substrate part 50, an intermediate substrate part 70 disposed between the first substrate part 50 and the second substrate part 60 facing a sidewall 92, a first connection part 41 which connects the first substrate part 50 and the intermediate substrate part 70 with each other and is bent in such a direction that the first substrate part 50 approaches the intermediate substrate part 70, a second connection part 42 which connects the second substrate part 60 and the intermediate substrate part 70 with each other and is bent in such a direction that a second substrate surface 62 approaches an intermediate substrate surface 72, an external terminal 32 attached to the intermediate substrate part 70, and a power supply circuit 80A attached to a part over the intermediate substrate part 70 and the vicinity of the intermediate substrate part 70. |
