PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an AV apparatus to determine execution of configured programming in accordance with the whereabouts of a user, thereby performing appropriate processing so as to avoid wasteful use of the AV apparatus.SOLUTION: An AV apparatus 1 allows for configuring programmed recording to record a broadcast program content and is capable of executing a recording process in accordance with the configured programmed recording. The AV apparatus 1 comprises: an apparatus detection unit 22 which detects whether a previously registered mobile terminal device 3 exists in a predetermined range from the installation position of the AV apparatus 1; and a determination unit 23 which, in accordance with the detection result of the mobile terminal device 3 by the apparatus detection unit 22, determines whether to execute the configured programmed recording as it is or to execute another process. |
