PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that has a water-soluble high polymer layer interposed between a heat-resistant resin layer and an adhesive layer and that prevents poor appearance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a top plate 2 having: an inorganic pigment layer 7 that is formed on a rear surface of a transparent crystallized glass plate 6; and a heat-resistant resin layer 8 that is formed on the inorganic pigment layer 7. The top plate 2 is bonded on a rear side thereof to an under frame 5 with an adhesive. A water-soluble high polymer layer 9 is interposed between the heat-resistant resin layer 8 and an adhesive layer 10.
