PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for combining electricity charges for a pump, which are conventionally included in a common service fee or residents' association administration fee, with electricity charges for each household.SOLUTION: Until a computer calculation system is materialized, water charge data of each household from a waterworks department is provided to an electric power company. Then, pump electricity charge of each household obtained by multiplying pump electricity charge by proportional division ratio of water consumption is added to the electricity charge other than the pump, of each household for collection.
