FIELD: mechanics.SUBSTANCE: prism turning gear in an advertising unit includes a drive link installed on a drive shaft perpendicular to a prism axis and made in the form of a pair of disc cams interacting with cogs of a driven cog-wheel rigidly fixed on the prism axis and a movable communication device formed with an axial projection of the cog-wheel, which is arranged in an annular groove between disc cams. Besides, the movable communication device includes annular projections located between disc cams radially to the drive shaft; an end of the prism axis passed through an axial through hole of the cog-wheel and its axial projection is arranged in a slot between the annular projections. Outer surfaces of radial annular projections and an end surface of cog-wheel axial projection, which interacts with them, are made so that a spherical kinematic pair is formed.EFFECT: improving operating reliability of a turning gear; providing stability of mutual location of drive and driven links of the gear during the whole rotation cycle of the drive shaft; and improving quality of a shown picture.8 cl, 6 dwg |
