FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: suspension for making the mold contains 50-80 wt % of heat-resistant particles with mean size of 0.5-150 mcm, 5-35 wt % of aluminium oxide particles with mean diameter making smaller than 300 mm and 5-35 wt % of water and pH of said suspension varies from 5 to 12. Suspension is produced by mixing water dispersion containing aluminium oxide particle with heat-resistant particles with mean size making 0.5 to 150 mcm, and, if required, additives. Aluminium oxide particle mean diameter in dispersion makes less than 300 mcm in solid state, aluminium oxide particle content makes less than 15 wt% while pH varies from 5 to 12.EFFECT: higher stability of suspension, fast drying of the mold, higher hardness and simplified production.15 cl, 4 tbl, 5 ex |
