PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device which can be assisted easily, a control program thereof, and an image formation system.SOLUTION: An MFP(Multifunction Peripheral) 100 is an image formation device that can accept operations from a plurality of user interfaces. Upon accepting a request for supporting an operation using the MFP 100 from an operation panel 150, i.e., the user interface of a user C, the MFP 100 changes the customization specification of a user A requesting the support, based on the customization specification of work of the user C. After changing the customization specification, the MFP 100 accepts the support of work from a remote panel 200a, i.e., the user interface of the user A. |
