PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarizing plate capable of reducing reflection unevenness in a panel surface by preventing light leakage of an organic EL panel and suppressing warpage.SOLUTION: A circularly polarizing plate of the present invention includes: a polarizer, and a phase difference film directly adhered to the polarizer. An in-plane phase difference of the phase difference film satisfies a relation of Re(450)<Re(550), and a 90° adhesive strength between the polarizer and the phase difference film is 1.0 N/20 mm or more. The circularly polarizing plate is used for an organic EL panel. In addition, Re(450) and Re(550) indicate the in-plane phase difference measured in wavelengths of 450nm and 550 nm at 23°C, respectively. |
