PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a water stop cock device with a pressure regulation function that downsizes the entire device and facilitates maintenance; a faucet device including the water stop cock device; and a hot water-water mixing faucet device including the water stop cock device.SOLUTION: A water stop cock device 1 with a pressure regulation function includes: a water stop cock member 34 including a screw part 40 screwed into a water channel 24, a rotary shaft part 42, and a water stop valve body 44 for opening/closing a flow inlet 24d; and a pressure regulation valve 36 integrally including a pressure regulation valve body 48 formed in an approximately cylindrical shape so as to surround the outer periphery of each of the rotary shaft part and the water stop valve body of the water stop cock member, and a pressure regulation spring 50 disposed in the interior of the pressure regulation valve body.
