PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion concentration measurement kit and a lithium ion concentration measurement method capable of suppressing measurement errors without any influence of coexistent zinc ion, the lithium ion concentration measurement kit using octa Bromphenol porphyrin.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a lithium ion concentration measurement kit for a biological sample and a lithium ion concentration measurement method in the biological sample using the same. The lithium ion concentration measurement kit for the biological sample includes coloring liquid containing octa Bromphenol porphyrin, and an interface active agent. According to the kit, a problem during measurement of lithium ions in the biological sample using octa Bromphenol porphyrin, i.e., measurement errors caused by coexistent zinc ions, are suppressed, and the versatility of the measurement itself is improved. |
