PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably mount the operation part of a remote-control drain plug device without damaging a mounted part.SOLUTION: An operation part structure for the remote-control drain plug device allows up/down movement of a drain plug cover which closes a drain port of a water tank via a release wire with the operation of an operation button to open/close the drain port. It includes a resin flange member having a cylinder part inserted through the surface side into a through-hole of the mounted part on which the operation button is mounted, having a guide face inside on which the operation button is movable forward/backward, and having a male screw therearound, and a flange formed on the upper part of the cylinder part to expand outward, and having a bottom face abutting on the mounted part, and a fastening nut having a female screw to be threaded through the reverse side of the mounted part to the male screw of the cylinder part for holding the mounted part together with the flange. The surface of the flange member ranging from the inner periphery of the cylinder part to the flange is covered up to its position higher than the bottom face of the flange with a metal covering member. |
