PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens and a zoom lens module.SOLUTION: The zoom lens causes an object on an object side to be imaged on an imaging plane on an image side, and includes a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group and a fourth lens group. The first lens group is arranged between the object side and the image side and has negative refractive power. The second lens group is arranged between the first lens group and the image side and has positive refractive power. The third lens group is arranged between the second lens group and the image side and has negative refractive power. The fourth lens group is arranged between the third lens group and the image side. The zoom lens satisfies 1.90<|T/F|<2.40, where Tdenotes a distance of the first lens group in an optical axis of the zoom lens and Fdenotes an effective focal length of the zoom lens at a wide angle end. |
