PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a community matching a target set by a service user.SOLUTION: When an information setting part of a terminal device sets target information of a user for each attribute value, a target information notification part notifies a management device of the attribute value of the target information. An extraction part of the management device extracts a community matching the target information from a community management table stored in a storage part, on the basis of the attribute value of the target information notified. A notification part notifies the terminal device of the extracted community. A display part of the terminal device displays the community notified.
