PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating device whose main part is difficult to be peeled off from a face of a person.SOLUTION: A heat generating device 1 is fitted to the face of a person and gives heat generated from an exothermic composition 3 to the eye and around the eye. The heat generating device 1 comprises: a main part 2 provided with storage parts 23 capable of tightly sealing an exothermic composition 3 therewithin by joining two sheets 21, 22 with a heat seal; and an adhesive layer 4 provided on the sheet 22 on the side of the main part 2 which fits to the face of a person. The main part 2 partially includes non-heat-seal areas 25 where the two sheets 21, 22 are not joined with the heat seal. The non-heat-seal areas 25 are provided at respective outer laterals of the storage parts 23 of the main part 2. Provided in side edge parts 20c are heat seal areas 24 where the two sheet 21, 22 are joined with the heat seal. |
