PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis cell and an electrolysis tank in which vibration caused by pressure fluctuation can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The electrolysis cell 3 has a structure where an anode chamber 23 and a cathode chamber 33 are arranged with a partition 40 held, the upper parts of the anode chamber 23 and the cathode chamber 33 are provided with gas-liquid exhaust chambers 26, 37 for separating an electrolyte introduced into the anode chamber 23 and the cathode chamber 33 and a gas intruded into the electrolyte, the gas-liquid exhaust chambers 26, 37 are partitioned into an anode chamber 23 and a cathode chamber 33 by partition plates 27, 38, and the anode chamber 23, the cathode chamber 33 and the gas-liquid exhaust chambers 26, 37 are communicated by cylindrical members 28, 39 arranged at the gas-liquid exhaust chambers 26, 37 and further erected in the partition plates 27, 37. |
