PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good curling property of a film while decreasing a content of a matting agent that causes scattering of light, and achieving a high contrast.SOLUTION: A first rugged pattern with recesses and projections formed by a matting agent is present on a surface of a monolayer optical film containing the matting agent. A second rugged pattern having a smaller period of recesses and projections and a higher density of projections than in the first rugged pattern is formed on the surface of the first rugged pattern. |
