PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot welding system and a spot welding robot control device capable of achieving power saving.SOLUTION: A spot welding system of an embodiment includes a spot welding robot and a control device. The spot welding robot includes a plurality of joint shafts and a plurality of motors corresponding to the respective joint shafts. The control device drives the motors. Furthermore, the control device includes a capacitor that accumulates regenerative electric power generated by the motors.
