An uplink signal processing system receives first sounding reference signal (SRS) information and second SRS information from a first base station and a second base station, respectively for processing an uplink signal to provide a collaborative communication to terminals located at the areas of the first base station and the second base station; calculates a receipt strength of the first SRS and a receipt strength of the second SRS from the first SRS information and the second SRS information in a preset processing interval centering on time of interest; checks whether the position of a terminal is changed by calculating the difference between the receipt strength of the first SRS and the receipt strength of the second SRS; requests the first base station and the second base station to change or maintain a state of transmitting a signal to a terminal according to a change in the position of the terminal; and requests the first base station and the second base station to change an SRS signal transmission cycle according to a change in the position of the terminal or a change of the receipt strength of the first SRS and the second SRS.
