PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of performing, when performing editing such as deletion, copying, and the like to data having many pages, editing work more easily; a deletion method; a computer program; and a recording medium.SOLUTION: A display device includes a touch panel 61 that receives designation of positions on a display screen of a display unit 60. When the touch panel 61 receives designation of two positions, the display device divides the display screen into two areas by a straight line connecting the two points, receives selection of an area to be deleted (or left) on the basis of the designation of positions received by the touch panel 61, and partially deletes a display image displayed on the display unit 60. |
