PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensionally-arrayed LED lamp which achieves easy on-site assembly, low cost, and safety, which realizes high luminance, uniform illuminance, and excellent heat dissipation, and which is suitable for the usage in a sealed large-sized internally-illuminated sign.SOLUTION: The two-dimensionally-arrayed LED lamp includes wires made of a good conductor such as copper, and a plurality of LED elements densely arrayed on a plane. A wiring pattern is formed by cutting with a router processing machine, so that the lamp is suitable for a large-sized internally-illuminated sign because it is excellent in economical efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability. |
