PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle surface contamination monitor for quickly detecting the contamination of a vehicle surface for many vehicles without sacrificing detection accuracy with an inexpensive and simple configuration, and a vehicle surface contamination monitoring facility including the plurality of vehicle surface contamination monitors which can monitor the contamination of a vehicle surface without the delay.SOLUTION: A vehicle surface contamination monitor 1 detects presence of contamination by the top surface detection part, a right surface detection part, and a left surface detection part in a moving section 10 in the stopped state of the moving section 10, moves the detection section 10 to repeatedly perform detection of remaining places, thereby performing detection of presence of contamination on all the surfaces, and determines absence of contamination for a vehicle where no contamination is detected on all the surfaces, i.e., the front, rear, right, left and top surfaces. A vehicle surface contamination monitoring facility includes the plurality of vehicle surface contamination monitors 1 for each car model. |
