PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition having low viscosity and excellent adhesive strength to a hardly adhesive plastic film etc., and not lowering adhesive strength even kept for a long time in a state that the laminated film is deformed.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable adhesive composition for a plastic film or sheet contains the following components (A) to (D) with the following amount. (A) an urethane (meth)acrylate: 5 to 50 wt% of the total amount of (A) to (D) components (the curable components), (B) an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound having a hydroxy group in the molecule: 3 to 40 wt% of the total amount of the curable components, (C) an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound other than (A) and (B) components, having glass transformation temperature of a homopolymer of 50°C or higher: 5 to 50 wt% of the total amount of the curable components, (D) an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound other than (A) and (B) components, having glass transformation temperature of a homopolymer of 20°C or lower: 20 to 60 wt% of the total amount of the curable components. |
