PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system and a server device, a terminal device, a method and a program therefor that are capable of preventing leakage of technical data during design of elevators and buildings.SOLUTION: A BIM system is configured by communicatively connecting a server device and a terminal device. The server device produces BIM parts of an elevator that meet manufacturing conditions which are transmitted from the terminal device and include at least hoistway space information that defines a hoistway space required to install the elevator in a building, using part information stored in a storage unit, and transmits the produced BIM parts of the elevator to the terminal device. The terminal device has a display unit display an image of the BIM parts transmitted from the server device as installed in the hoistway space. |
