PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate device which is high in reliability and excellent in via connection stability.SOLUTION: The L-value (brightness) of the surface of laminated pre-preg, the L-value (brightness) is measured by a measuring tool (chrominance meter/luminance meter) capable of measuring hue, brightness, and the laminate roll temperature can be automatically adjusted on the basis of the surface state of the laminated pre-preg and the adhesiveness between the pre-preg and PET film. Therefore, a quality problem caused by a base material lot factor or a season factor can be prevented in advance. |
