PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a capacitor small in a decreasing rate of capacitance during long-term voltage application at high temperature, having electric characteristics of stable dielectric loss (hereinafter, also referred to as tan δ) characteristics.SOLUTION: A film for a capacitor is obtained by biaxial-stretching of a film including a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (A) having a specific physical property, and has a ratio V(130°C)/V(23°C) between a dielectric breakdown voltage V(23°C) at 23°C and a dielectric breakdown voltage V(130°C) at 130°C of 0.5 or more. The film for a capacitor is good in voltage withstanding properties, so that the problem can be solved. |
