PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform uniform light irradiation over the whole irradiation area.SOLUTION: An optical hair restoration device includes a plurality of light emitting diodes 4 that irradiate the scalp with light and a rotary plate 2 that rotates around a shaft nearly orthogonal to the scalp. The plurality of light emitting diodes are installed on the rotary plate and, by irradiating the scalp with light while rotating around the shaft together with the rotary plate, nearly uniform light distribution can be obtained within the irradiation area. Connection of the light emitting diodes with a control device 6 for intermittent irradiation of the light emitting diodes is performed through a slip ring which is composed of conductive parts 10, 10 that are installed on the outer peripheral face of the rotary plate 2 and a pair of contact springs 11, 11 that are in contact with these conductive parts. |
