PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of preventing a failure to remove an engine key when an operator has got off before an engine automatically stops.SOLUTION: The construction machine includes an automatic stop determination unit 51 for determining whether a grace period A has passed or not in a state in which an automatically stopping conditions are satisfied, an engine control unit 50 for automatically stopping an engine 32 when the grace period A passed in the state in which the automatically stopping conditions are satisfied, and a notification control unit 52 for controlling a working lamp 53 and a horn 54 to alarm a failure in removing the engine key if it is determined that the operator has got off on the basis of a signal from a lock switch 48 before the grace period A has passed in the state that the automatically stopping conditions are satisfied.
