摘要 The system comprises a raw material supplying device (34), a machining device (14) and a storage device (12), which are connected with one another, so that a raw material from the supplying device and a hot solvent are supplied to the machining device. The machining device adapts to the particle size of the raw material, so that the raw material partially dissolves in the hot solvent to form a solution. The machining device exactly has a solvent entrance, which is connected to a solvent outlet of the storage device, and delivers the solution to the storage device. The system comprises a raw material supplying device (34), a machining device (14) and a storage device (12), which are connected with one another, so that a raw material from the supplying device and a hot solvent are supplied to the machining device. The machining device adapts to the particle size of the raw material, so that the raw material partially dissolves in the hot solvent to form a solution. The machining device exactly has a solvent entrance, which is connected to a solvent outlet of the storage device, and delivers the solution to the storage device. The storage device delivers the hot solvent to the machining device. The solution and the hot solvent in the storage device is admixed to the hot solvent, which is delivered to the machining device. The hot solvent has a temperature of 70[deg] C. A waste heat of the machining device is delivered to the hot solvent and/or the solution. The machining device and the storage device are arranged in a circuit, are continuously operated and are thermally connected with one another, so that the storage device is heated by using the waste heat of the machining device. The machining device is an in-line dispersion machine. The raw material is reduced to the particle size of 25 mu m and comprises technical casein, caprolactam and/or ammonia. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a solution such as a binder for a gravure ink.
