PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent equipment from being improperly connected.SOLUTION: An input part 11 receives an input of equipment group information 21a in which equipment #A and equipment #C permitted to transmit data and receive data to and from the equipment #A are registered. A setting part 12 determines equipment connected to each communication port of a repeating device 10, and registers a communication port #2 and a communication port #1 to which the equipment A and equipment C are connected respectively in port group information 22a when the equipment #A and equipment #C registered in the equipment group information are connected to the repeating device 10. A communication control part 13 allows data transmission and reception between the communication port #2 and communication port #1 registered in the port group information 22a.
