PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system in which arbitrary service can be started up from a SIP telephone in a calling state or a busy tone hearing state.SOLUTION: A telephone system comprises: a plurality of telephone terminals connected to a communication network; and a server device for executing communication connection among the plurality of telephone terminals, where a telephone terminal transmits a SIP message to be transmitted into which dial information showing a pressed dial is inserted in order to start up service during call generation. The server device stores a session management table for mapping a session ID for identifying a session to state information showing whether or not a session is in a startup state which is a state before establishment of the session or a state of completion of the session; refers to the session management table when dial information is inserted in a received SIP message; and executes service on the basis of the dial information and a type of the SIP message when a session used by a telephone terminal on the origination side is in the startup state. |
