PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate probable closeness even with respect to a user who registers a small number of items in contact information.SOLUTION: A closeness calculation device 10 comprises: a registered item score calculation unit 11 which calculates the registered item score of a second user, on the basis of the presence/absence of one or more registered items included in contact information of the second user registered in telephone directory information of a first user; a mutual registration score calculation unit 12 which calculates a mutual registration score on the basis of whether the first user and the second user are in a mutually registered state in which the contact information of the second user is registered in the telephone directory information of the first user and the contact information of the first user is registered in the telephone directory information of the second user; and a closeness calculation unit 18 which calculates the closeness of the first user to the second user on the basis of the registered item score calculated by the registered item score calculation unit 11 and the mutual registration score calculated by the mutual registration score calculation unit 12. |
