PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately inspect layout of icons in kitting of a portable terminal.SOLUTION: An inspection device for inspecting a portable terminal comprises: a first acquisition unit which acquires images of a plurality of kinds of prescribed screens displayed in a first portable terminal which is an inspection standard; a second acquisition unit which acquires images of a plurality of kinds of prescribed screens displayed in a second portable terminal which is an inspection target; and a comparison unit which compares a first image of a kind acquired by the first acquisition unit with a second image of the kind acquired by the second acquisition unit for each kind for a prescribed comparison area, and specifies a coincident area and a non-coincident area between the first image of the kind and the second image of the kind.
