PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electronic circuit.SOLUTION: The electronic circuit includes: a first transistor T1 having a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal, wherein the first terminal is grounded; a second transistor T2 having a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal, wherein the control terminal is grounded in a high frequency manner and the first terminal is connected to the second terminal of the first transistor in a direct current manner and in a high frequency manner; a third transistor T3 having a first terminal, a second terminal and a control terminal, wherein the control terminal is connected to the second terminal of the second transistor in a direct current manner and in a high frequency manner, the first terminal is connected to the second terminal of the second transistor in a direct current manner and grounded in a high frequency manner, and the second terminal is connected to a DC power supply; and a first resistance having one end connected to a first node between the second terminal of the second transistor and the control terminal of the third transistor, and the other end connected to the first terminal of the third transistor. |
