PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise elimination circuit for eliminating a phase noise in an output signal of an oscillator.SOLUTION: A circuit for reducing oscillator phase noise includes: a field effect transistor 11; an impedance element 20 placed across a drain electrode 14 and a gate electrode 15 of the field effect transistor; an inverter circuit 30 connected to one end of the impedance element; and an adder circuit 40 for generating an oscillation signal for eliminating a phase noise, connected to the inverter circuit and to the other end, not connected to the inverter circuit, of the impedance element, by outputting a signal after inverting and adding signals across both ends of the impedance element. |
