PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window fixing clothesline device available also as a futon hanging bar.SOLUTION: A clothesline device is constructed so that: a window fixing part 7 of a fixing device 6 comprises a guide rail part 9, which can be fixed on a wall surface 5 surrounding a window 2 on the right and left sides of an opening for window fixation 3 or on frame members 4 on the right and left sides of the opening for window fixation 3, and a slide base part 10 on which a rotating arm part 8 is pivotally fit, which is vertically slidably mounted on the guide rail part 9; the window fixing part 7 is set to allow the height of a clothesline bar 1 to be changed; a positioning means 11 is set to position the slide base part 10 slid down on the guide rail part 9; the positioning means 11 can lower the clothesline bar 1 in the projecting state B from a projection position B1 for hanging laundry, which is higher than a height of a user U, and position the clothesline bar 1 at a projecting position B2 for hanging futon, which is lower than the height of the user U. |
