PURPOSE: A continuous resin coating method is provided to continuously coat metal strips that are manufactured at high speed with a resin, thereby improving efficiency in manufacturing coated metal strips and reducing manufacturing unit cost without degradation in material properties of the coated metal strips. CONSTITUTION: A continuous resin coating method comprises the steps of: manufacturing metal strips continuously; providing the manufactured metal strips continuously and coating the provided metal strips with a radiation-curable resin by noncontact coating method; and hardening the coating resin through irradiation of radiation. A continuous resin coating system for metal strips comprises a metal strips continuous manufacturing part; a resin coating part to provide manufactured metal strips instantly and continuously coating the provided metal strips with a radiation-curable resin by noncontact coating method; and a resin hardening part to harden the coating resin by irradiating radiation. |
