PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin formative composition or the like for spray coating that can form a polyurethane resin that exerts excellent moist heat resistance and impact resistance by spray coating.SOLUTION: A polyurethane resin formative composition for spray coating is a polyurethane resin formative composition that is produced by using a polyether polyol component (a), a polyisocyanate component (b), and a polyamine component (c), wherein the polyether polyol component (a) includes a polyether polyol (a1) in which a polyol having at least three hydroxyl groups is added with butylene oxide.
