PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive conductive paste which is excellent in oxidation resistance and hardly causes ion migration.SOLUTION: There is used the conductive paste containing (a) metal fine particles treated with a specific aqueous surface-treating agent, (b) a coupling agent, (c) an organic carboxylic acid, (d) a chelating agent, and optionally (e) a surfactant in a resin matrix. Preferably, the resin matrix is at least one selected from the group consisting of a thermosetting resin, a photocurable resin, and a thermoplastic resin. |
