PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning an article, which efficiently rinses an article to be cleaned when using a cleaning agent containing a non-aqueous solvent and water.SOLUTION: The method for cleaning the article comprises: a cleaning step of cleaning an article W to be cleaned by bringing the article W to be cleaned into contact with a cleaning agent 10 containing at least a non-aqueous solvent and water; and a rinsing step of rinsing the article W to be cleaned that is cleaned in the cleaning step, by using a rinse liquid 11 comprising a solution containing alcohol and water. |
