Second winding wires are connected through an output terminal of the second winding wires and a second reactor to a second rectifier. Further, the second winding wires are connected through the output terminal of the second winding wires and a capacitor to a voltage doubler rectifier circuit. DC output of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit and DC output of the second rectifier are connected in parallel via a reflux prevention diode and further, DC output of the first rectifier is connected in parallel.
