PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that can prevent continuous flow of charge current through a charge resistor and reduction of an efficiency and also supply a sufficient voltage even when any one of a high-side switching element and a low-side switching element or two or three elements at the same side are pseudo-short-circuited to each other.SOLUTION: When current flowing in a current detecting resistor upon switch-on of a switching element at one side of high-side and low-side is not less than current flowing under a stop state and also is not less than a threshold value set in a range which is not more than a current value set in an over-current detection circuit, high-side switching elements 21, 22, 23/low-side switching elements 31, 32, 33 are switched off as pseudo short-circuit, and abnormality of an inverter device is communicated to the external. |
