摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater electric power measuring apparatus for an injection molding machine which, by using an inexpensive method, can measure heater electric power consumption accurately and on a real time basis even under a circumstance where the voltage supplied to the heater fluctuates.SOLUTION: An injection cylinder 2 and a nozzle 1 are equipped with heaters 5A, 5B, 4 for heating resin which receive power from a main power supply and is controlled by a PMCCPU 17. Each resistance value (R) of the heaters 5A, 5B, 4 on the specification is stored in a RAM 23 for molding data storage. The voltage of the main power supply is measured by a voltage measuring apparatus 31 at a given sampling cycle, and the measured voltage data is sent to the PMCCPU 17 through an input-output interface 14. The PMCCPU calculates the heater electric power, by using the voltage data, by Wt=H*Vt/R (Vt: Voltage (measured value), Wt: Electric power consumption of the heater (measured value), H:Time ratio of electric conduction(%), R: Resistance values of the heaters on the specification (constant)).
