PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a terminal device, a moving image display method, and a program capable of flexibly displaying images of a low resolution and a high resolution, in accordance with the margin of a network band or the performance of a terminal.SOLUTION: The terminal device determines at least one piece of divided image data to be an acquisition target, from among plural pieces of the divided image data constituting moving image data of a high resolution, in accordance with at least one of the margin of the network band and the performance of the terminal device. The terminal device displays the determined piece of the divided image data, in at least a portion of image frames constituting moving image data of a low resolution. |
